WILLIAM McKINLEY WAS PRESIDENT 1897-1901.

FIRST LADY
IDA McKINLEY (1847-1907).

Born Mary Harrison McKey, she married William McKinley in 1871.

Shortly after beginning his second term as president, McKinley was assassinated.

She was First Lady from 1897 to 1901.
